What Collectible Hunger is
Collectible Hunger is a marketplace where buyers post what they want and sellers offer to fill it. We run the venue. We don't own the items, and we aren't the buyer or the seller in a sale.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
Buying
- A Want says what you're looking for and the most you'll pay. Posting one is free.
- When you accept an offer you agree to buy at that price, plus any shipping the seller listed, plus our buyer fee of 3% of item and shipping (minimum $1.00). The total is shown before you accept.
- You'll have a window after delivery to confirm the item matches the offer, or to open a dispute.
Selling
- Sellers pay no fees to Collectible Hunger.
- Describe condition honestly, including flaws. An offer must match what you will actually send.
- Once a buyer accepts, ship or hand over the item promptly. You're paid after the buyer's confirmation window.
Not allowed
Counterfeits, stolen goods, anything illegal to sell, weapons, and items that misrepresent a grade or authentication. No harassment, spam, or attempts to move a sale off the site to avoid the buyer fee.
Disputes
If an item isn't as described, open a dispute during the confirmation window. We review the offer, the photos and messages and decide whether the buyer is refunded or the seller paid. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site running and trades fair, but the site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees we received for the transaction involved.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will note the date above. Florida law governs them.
